I’ve checked with my colleagues and actually it is not very clear to us what you mean by “modification of the content”. If you mean that you would like to cut-and-paste the content of the SmPCs published on our website and transfer it to your platform in a different format then, according to our policy, “Citations may be made from such material without prior permission, provided the source is always acknowledged”.

Therefore, without prejudice to the copyright rights of third parties, it is possible to extrapolate parts of the documents - including the SmPCs which you mention below in your email - published on the EMA website, provided that the latter is recognized as the source; the modification / extrapolation must not change the content of the information included in the documents.
